O Porriño, 13th of March 2020.- In line with the recommendations of the health authorities regarding the evolution that the epidemiological outbreak of COVID-19 is presenting, and in response to the current containment scenario, AIMEN has activated an action protocol that includes a series of measures aimed atpreventing the risk of infection and to ensure the health of our employees, customers, collaborators and visitors.
For this reason, the following extraordinary measures have been agreed:
- Teleworking has been applied to the largest number of people in our organization.
- It has been taken preventive measures that affect the organization of employees and work shift in laboratories and workshops, which could alter the established delivery times in normal serviceconditions.
- Group visits, workshops and scheduled face-to-face training have been cancelled.
- Remote meetings via videoconference have been prioritized.
- Access control measures have been established at the facilities.
AIMEN will monitor daily the prospects for improvement of the situation, in order to resume the normal activity at the Centre as soon as possible. With the confidence that soon we could get back to normality, we apologize for the inconvenience that these preventive measures may cause you,but we understand that the public health is a priority at this time.
